Nursery Wishlist

The time has come to furnish our nursery as, well, a nursery.  Currently it is furnished as a play and Sunday School room.  Anna Rose is instigating the initial effort, but of course we want to be welcoming and ready for more families with babies as God leads them to our church.  The vestry recently watched a clip from Field of Dreams:  “build it and they will come.”  OK, I thought the movie was corny, but we do know who we’re trying to welcome:  all of God’s children, big and small.  Here is a wishlist.  Perhaps you have some of these things stowed away in your garage waiting for…St. Michael’s!:

• Diaper changing table
• Crib with a few linens
• Toys appropriate for the infant & toddler set (no small pieces and washable)
• Large cardboard building blocks
